UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT

Build a Championship Culture

Team training at X-Factor is a cohesive development program designed to turn a collection of individual players into a synchronized unit. We partner with AAU programs, school teams, and travel organizations to install professional-grade habits across the entire roster.

Many coaches do not have the court time to dedicate to pure skill development and conditioning. We bridge that gap. We act as an extension of your coaching staff, drilling the fundamental movement patterns, spacing concepts, and defensive communication required to execute your playbook at a high level.

SYSTEMATIC GROWTH

Beyond the Playbook

Our team curriculum includes:

Offensive Spacing:

Teaching players how to maintain floor balance and create driving lanes for teammates.

Defensive Rotations:

Mastering help-side defense, shell drills, and communication to stop opposing runs.

Transition Mechanics:

Efficient lane running and decision-making in the fast break to maximize easy points.

Ball Toughness:

Drills designed to reduce turnovers against full-court pressure and traps.

Team Chemistry:

Building trust and accountability through shared adversity and competitive challenges.

PRO-LEVEL MENTORSHIP

The Xavier Allen Advantage

Your team will not be trained by a volunteer dad or a novice coach. They will be trained by a New York State scoring champion (32 PPG) and active professional player.

Xavier Allen brings the intensity of the pro game to Long Island. Having spent time in the gym with NBA stars like Jimmy Butler and Kevin Love, Xavier knows exactly what the highest level looks like. He demands that same level of focus and effort from every athlete who steps onto the court.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about our team training clinics and seasonal programs.

Does X-Factor come to our gym?

Yes, we can travel to your practice facility to conduct clinics, or your team can visit our training headquarters. Please email us to discuss location logistics and availability.

Do you work with school teams or just AAU?

We work with both. We provide pre-season and in-season training for middle school and high school teams (Varsity/JV), as well as year-round development for AAU and travel organizations.

How are team sessions priced?

Pricing is structured based on the number of players, the duration of the clinic, and the frequency of training. We can create a custom package that fits your organization's budget.

Do the team coaches participate in the session?

This is up to you. Some head coaches prefer to observe and take notes while we run the session, while others prefer to be hands-on alongside us. We are there to support your system, not replace it.

What is the minimum and maximum team size?

We typically require a minimum of 8 players for a team session. We can accommodate full rosters, including practice squads, provided the facility space allows for safe movement.

Do you offer one-time clinics?

Yes. While we recommend ongoing development for the best results, we offer single-day intensive clinics focused on specific areas like defense, shooting, or conditioning.
